I am an experienced senior international Business & Operational Leader, a certified Organizational Coach, an established Mentor and a proud father to two amazing daughters.

My professional experience spans 25 years, and includes senior leadership & people development roles with industry leading, multi-national firms with a strong focus on talent acquisition & executive search. I have had the distinct privilege of working with diverse range of high-potential and high-performing Leaders & Executives across a broad range of Countries, Cultures, Industries and Professions.

 

From Graduates to Managing Directors, and Start-ups to MNC's, my experience has reinforced a deep belief in the power of "Values-based Leadership" &  "Strength-based Coaching" to identify, nurture, engage and develop exceptional Leaders. It has been immensely satisfying to see the positive impact that great leaders have on their Teams, their Organisations, their Industries and their Communities.
